The NYC Public Housing Preservation Trust has selected Fifth Avenue Builders — a joint venture between Camber and Urban Atelier Group — as the design-build team for the modernization of Unity Towers in Coney Island, Brooklyn. The project will deliver comprehensive renovations across 193 apartments and shared spaces, encompassing new windows and façade safety repairs, full kitchen and bathroom upgrades, flooring replacement, select MEP system modernization, hazardous material abatement, and safety, security, and select landscape improvements.
