The multi-phase $1 billion development is inclusive of six new mixed-use buildings, including rental, homeownership, and senior housing—all of which will be affordable.

The project will include new recreation spaces for community use, as seating areas, tennis courts, a playground and pedestrian walkways connecting Seward and Lafayette Avenues.

The affordable homeownership component at Stevenson Square will include two new residential buildings. Camber has partnered with Habitat for Humanity New York City to provide homeowner education and assistance to future homebuyers.

The Senior Housing will include 116 apartments designed to promote health and wellbeing for residents, integrating the highest Aging in Place standards in all units and throughout the building. Camber has partnered with Regional Aid for Interim Needs, Inc (“R.A.I.N.”) to provide a continuum of care for senior residents.

Future phases of the new rental developments at Stevenson Commons will provide an additional 650 new affordable apartments across three buildings.
