Completed in 2020, the renovations of the two Bronx housing developments were done in partnership with the NYC Housing Authority, L+M Development Partners, MBD Community Housing Corporation and tenant leaders as part of the Permanent Affordability Commitment Together (PACT) program. The preservation efforts won two awards for sustainable design — the American Society of Landscape Architects New York (ASLA-NY) Merit Award and the Society of American Registered Architects (SARA) Merit Award.
