A 182-unit, deeply affordable housing property in Cypress Hills, developed in partnership with the New York City Department of Social Services and the Institute for Community Living — and the first Affordable Housing Services (AHS) site in Brooklyn. The AHS program provides high-quality homes for New Yorkers exiting the shelter system who’ve faced significant, long-term barriers to finding stable housing.
